Stress Level Test
How is your mind doing these days? ยท 8 questions ยท Free
Stress almost never announces itself. It builds quietly for weeks and then shows up sideways: you're awake at 2am for no reason, you read the same paragraph four times, small things at work feel enormous. By the time you notice, it's usually been there a while. This eight-question check walks you through the signals people miss most often, so you can see the pattern before it sees you.
Each question is a plain statement about the last couple of weeks โ how you've been sleeping, concentrating, eating, reacting. Answer honestly on a scale from "not at all" to "almost always." There's no clever scoring to game here; the whole point is to say the unflattering thing out loud.
What your result looks like
Your answers add up to one of four weather reports: Clear Skies, Slightly Cloudy, Cloudy or Stormy. Each one comes with a short read on what's likely going on and a few practical things worth trying at that level โ the suggestions for a mildly overcast week are deliberately different from the ones for a storm.
This is a self-check, not a diagnosis, and it can't see anything a questionnaire can't see. If a low patch has been dragging on for more than two weeks, or if it's getting in the way of ordinary life, that's worth taking to a doctor, a therapist, or a local crisis line โ none of which is a bigger step than it sounds.
